The kitchen in the condo we’re staying at here is so dreamy and spacious. I’ve been loving cooking/grilling every meal with Ryan on this vacation.
This is some green veggie pasta with fresh basil pesto I made tonight. I’m all about this gluten-free brown rice fusilli. This delicious dish includes: zucchini, asparagus, spinach, green onions, lemon, toasted pine nuts, and of course, basil.
Next time, adding peas. Can’t wait for the cold pasta salad leftover vibes tomorrow.
